While it’s easy to ask a teen or neighbor to watch over your pets, when something goes wrong we ​know how to handle it. Our focus is customer service, strong pet/client relationships, personalized ​care, knowledgeable sitters, trust, reliability, and going above & beyond.

We implement basic training practices to improve the experience of pets under our care and to navigate behavioral challenges. It includes barking control, setting boundaries, learning basic commands, and adequate exercise. Our inspiration comes from experts like Andrea Arden, Victoria Stillwell, and Caesar Milan.

We especially love our senior pets. From administering medication to gentle companionship, we read the body language of our furry friends to ensure attention to their every need. Tough cases? No problem.

Safety is serious to us. That’s why we take steps like environmental awareness, triple-checking door locks, situation-management such as off-leash dog encounters, and more.

Walks can be for exercise, exploration, and leisure.

OVERNIGHT

A sitter will spend the night at your home to keep your pet(s) company and house sit from 10 pm to 7 am.

Customizable packages:

Overnight + one 30 minute drop in: $98 (no more than 7.5 hours between visits).

Overnight + two 30 minute drop ins: $126 (no more than 4.5 hours between visits).

Overnight + three 30 minute drop ins: $154 (no more than 3.5 hours between visits).

A great option for anxious pets, high needs, for those cuddle bears who love attention, and when you feel like spoiling your furry ones.

PET SIT

A pet sit is when a sitter comes to your home to provide care for your pet(s) for a specified amount of time without spending the night.

This service is ideal for cat and pet parents who know their pets do well without overnight care. While pet sits can include walks, they go beyond to involve tasks like feeding, indoor time, medicine administration and more.

Pet sit lengths can be adjusted in 15 minute increments.

PET TAXI

Need a ride? Join us for a gentle and compassionate drive to and from any destination within a 40 mile ​radius of Portland, Or.

Vet visits, between homes, daycare pickup/drop off, and more.

Rate: $30 for the first five miles and up to 30 minutes.

Additional time: $0.75 per minute

Additional miles: $1 per mile.

*Please provide your own crate and any other safety/comfort items needed. We do use seatbelts to ​secure crates when applicable.

CLEANING

Our 17+ years of collective experience cleaning a wide range of spaces reflects in the quality of detail we ​offer. From businesses and hotels, to bnb’s and personal homes - any cleaning need, big or small, can be ​left in our capable hands.

One-time and/or reoccurring are currently available.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Security check (30 minutes) - $30

Garden Care (per hour) - $45

Pet goods (food, supplies, medicine, etc.) - case by case

*Overnight and pet sit services include basic home care like light plant watering, picking up after ​ourselves/pets, taking out the garbage, etc.

1. Initial inquiry/booking: Fill out this short form and/or email BennuPC@gmail.com to help us ​understand your needs.
2. New Client Meeting ($20 fee for up to 45 minutes. $5/every additional 10 minutes): our in-person ​introduction to each other. We’ll go over home and pet care, meet your fur babies, and more.
3. Client profile: Once we establish we’re working together, fill out this form so our care is consistent. ​We send our service agreements for your authorization at this stage.
4. Visit time: We provide a care recap with photos after each visit.
5. Feedback: we love hearing from you and value your reviews.
6. All bookings after the initial inquiry are scheduled via phone/email requests.

• Gratuity is not required but is appreciated. Between 20-30% is common.

• Overnight & pet sit: 50% is due at the time the service schedule is booked with the assigned ​sitter(s). The remaining 50% is due within 48hrs after completion of services.
  
• Reoccurring services (such as walks): charged on a weekly basis, every Friday.
  

ADDITIONAL FEES

• Puppy visits have an added $3 fee per service (up to 12 months).
• A $5/pet fee will apply for households with 3+ pets (not including the first three pets).
• Clients are responsible for providing pet supplies. Reoccurring lack of pet supplies will result in a supply fee based on missing item(s).
• Services before 7 am and after 10 pm include a $10/service fee.
• Urgent bookings include a $5/visit fee if we’re able to accommodate care.
• Parking (for paid parking areas) is charged at $5/visit.
• Holidays include a $15/visit fee.
  

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

• Overnights and pet sits - minimum of 5 (five) day cancellation notice is required to receive a refund of your booking deposit. No refunds for less than 5 (five) day notices.
• Recurring services (walks, etc.) - minimum 48 hour notice is required to not be charged. For 24-48 hour notices 50% of the service total will be charged.
• Same-day cancellations are charged in full for all services.
• Holidays - 100% of the total is charged for all cancellation notices 5 (five) days or less prior to scheduled services.
• If a sitter cannot access pets due to missing keys, non-responsive concierge, and the like, service will be cancelled after a 10 minute wait and charged in full.
• Exceptions - extreme weather events making it unsafe for clients and sitters to travel.

Leslie and her team are exceptional. They have helped me with walks and overnights with my pitbull mix several times and are always reliable, punctual and communicative. They've even come through for me on last minute requests that I super appreciate. Highly recommend!

Leslie and Eva are both fantastic! Both have dog-sat overnights and provided walks for my two big dogs over the past few years. First and most importantly, they love animals and send the best pics! We have a nervous dog and it's such a relief to receive texts and pics showing him relaxed and getting treats at home. It's also great to see our other dog curled up with Leslie or Eva (great for us at least, our dog tends to take up a lot of space). Both women also take care to keep things clean and are super responsible and trustworthy. They also communicate well and have always honored their commitments. I (she/her) come from a customer service background, a strong work ethic, and an ​entrepreneurial drive that’s inspired ownership of a few successful small businesses ​over the years.

Each one has been a mirror of the type of quality and genuine client care that’s a ​staple of my approach as a business owner.

I’ve been a professional pet sitter since 2019.

I’m also going into five years as a real estate agent, recently joining Lovejoy Real ​Estate, licensed in Oregon and Washington.

We come with a solid business foundation, a true love for pets, and are thrilled to ​continue establishing industry standards through the work that we do.

DEE

Dee (he/him) has owned & operated a handful of small corporations over the course of his 20+ years in business.

With the aforementioned, and as an investor, he adds an abundance of knowledge & wisdom as the advisor to Bennu Pet Care.

EVA

Eva (she/her) is a multifaceted creative who wants to change the world.

Art and dance is her passion, as well as spreading unconditional love and affection to humans and their companions.

ALANIAH

Alaniah (they/she) is a professional dancer and model, where consistency, adaptability, and passion for what you do is essential.

These values extend to her personal life, as animals are very close to her heart. Her and Eva’s childhood dog, Momo, is their best friend. Momo is 10 and has been fighting cancer for a while now - teaching them a lot about caring for senior / sick pets, and deepening their gratitude for every precious moment spent together.

Alaniah understands how hard it can be to leave your pets at home, and it is her pleasure to create a warm and comforting environment for them in your stead.

Aurelia (she/her) is a dedicated and hard-working professional. Coming with ​years of experience in the cleaning and management world, she’s a positive ​force - constantly delivering outstanding service. She is beloved by those she ​works with.
